In the previous week, we strive to apply the new mission culture and it helps us to make use more of our time and proselyting area wisely. Nourishing our progressing investigators and at the same time finding new potential ones is a bit challenging but at the end of the day by relying on the Spirit, we made it through everyday. Even if two of our potential progressing investigators namely McAirDave (23) and Denmar (8) have already been dropped due to changing of his residence and the other is that he's still not ready to keep commitments, two new progressing investigators was added namely: Rubelyn (32) and Angel (19), both of them lived in a cohabitation but already set date for their civil marriages. It's their second time to come to church last Sunday since they had attended the general conference. We already met their husbands and they are also humble and receptive in accepting the gospel. We're just gonna strive to meet them at their available times since they drove tricycle for their family living. Eric Ben Fajardo (12) is truly progressing that even if his friend who is a recent convert (Ryzen Abad) had not come to church, he still came and brought with him new friend who we have already taught (Joey Figaro). He came to church for the 4th time but since his lesson is not yet finished due to his availability and we haven't had a written consent with his parents whom we already met and was very supportive with their child's desire, we're going to extend his baptismal date to May 12, 2018. We'll strive as well to bring their whole family to the restored truth since his parents had already had background about the church (Eric Ben's grandfather Alfonso Alba was a Mormon but was dead already). Sister Leah Sacaban always come to church with her family but only on sacrament meetings. We'll strive to strengthen her and her husband to appreciate more in observing the Sabbath Day by attending the whole meetings. We met new potential investigators who lived in Purok 3 Caramcam, since their relative Bro. Logronio who visited them took them to the church last Sunday and we already set date to visit them on Tuesday. We experienced miracles and opportunities these past week that strengthen us not to give up on God's children though some may lapse on keeping their commitments yet again came back and never give up from keeping God's promises in their lives that someday they can live a happy life with their families forever.

Sister Villaflores is great in her faith and optimism that every time we experienced difficulties, she never gave up on strengthening and teaching God's children by the Spirit. Setting a higher standard of excellence is a great way for us to stretch ourselves and rely on the Spirit everyday. I saw her conviction and love for this great work though she sometimes felt that she will be transferred, she always showed the same refreshed and active sense of commitment everyday. I love her and her great example because it is truly contagious.

We just had our missionary coordination meeting with our branch mission leader and branch missionaries and we saw the great effect of us reporting to them about the fellow shipping for the investigators last Sunday and truly everyone in the branch family is working hard to strengthen and make everybody welcome in the branch. We're looking forward for the progression of the investigators through the next weeks for them to be ready to make sacred ordinances with the support of the members. Many of the branch missionaries worked with us last week and they truly are a great help.

By the way Te, transfer week namo yana... 2 of our missionaries had already come home and returned with honor... tapos matatransfer na ako companion...Don't know where... tapos pull out amon elders sa branch so hahawakan ko an tibuok na area sa Branch 1.... FIghting .. I can do it... Challenging but I know Heavenly Father is trusting me with my companion together with the Holy ghost as the true teacher.... Malapit na bday ko... hihi

We had a great week last week since our invitation is more on testifying to people about the living prophet and apostles in the General Conference. We also met already the parents of those underage (8-17 year-old) progressing investigators that we have and they gave their consent regarding the desire of their children to know of the restored gospel. We tried to build relationship of trust among them as well to focus on bringing good tidings to their family as a whole but unfortunately they didn't accept yet the lessons. We'll strive to build their trust more and make them feel how important is God's plan for their family if they will be united in their faith. Though some of our progressing investigators again have lapsed on attending the church and their reasons were not that valid, we'll strive to nourish them more particularly in keeping their commitments since their conversion is not rush and they need more support from their families so they could endure to the end. We have two progressing investigators (Jelly Delos Reyes 14 y/o; Eric Ben Fajardo 11 y/0) who are consistent with their commitments and we're looking forward on taking care of them with the help of the branch fellow shippers and other members, so they'll progress more and build their own testimonies. From the investigators we've found last week, half of them accepted commitment and desired to learn more of the gospel continuously. We'll strive to stretch ourselves more this week and minister unto God's children based on their needs and concerns to help them enjoy the blessings of the restored truth and experience this into their lives as families.

We focus last week on applying the Christlike attributes in our companionship as well as in our work and never set aside small stretching or improvement we needed so we can be more effective missionaries. We are very blessed to be healthy by reminding each other the good lifestyle we need to have since the season these days are getting dry. I love Sister Villaflores and she's very humble enough to balance our companionship's weaknesses that we may be able to strengthen them.

More members are working with us these days since school days are over. They are very helpful and willing to strengthen our progressing investigators as well as in exploring our areas to strengthen the branch.

We have one progressing investigator named Sheny Subasus(12 y/o), a part member, that is almost ready for baptism on April 21, 2018 but will be moved on May 12, 2018 due to requirement relapsing. We found out the weak side of her progression since she's reading the Book of Mormon everyday, there's no problem with her prayer as well as her lessons; but her mother who is less active has less support on her that's why she's always moody (and this is her opposition every Sabbath days). We tried to BRT and teach lesson to her family particularly her mother, but she's truly isn't interested but we'll not give up on her and to their family as a whole. We'll apply the new mission culture and standards and will strive to become the missionary Heavenly Father wanted us to be and be more Christlike missionaries.

Though trials always come for us.... we were very grateful of the comfort and strength that had been provided for us all

Last week was a great challenge in inviting people to come to Church on Sunday since it was a Filipino tradition mostly among Christians to go on swimming as a celebration of Easter season. Despite of this, many of the members even recent converts came to Church and four of our investigators shared to us that they prioritize the day of the Lord. We're very happy of their testimonies that many had been inspired during the Sacrament meeting.  We saw the progress of one of our P.I., Sister Sheny Subasus that though many of her friends hasn't come to Church, she came willingly and she's very excited of her baptism this April. We tried our best to meet and build relationship of trust among the parents and family members of our progressing investigators particularly the children who needs support all the way through their baptisms but some of them just gave their support and are not yet ready to receive the teachings. We'll try our best to make them feel the importance of the gospel to their family as a whole. We focused as well on two families and introduce them the eternal marriage that can happen only in the temple and they understood it and had a desire to enter God's holy house from the testimonies we've shared on our family experiences. From our 6 progressing investigators, two of them are new from the previous week since the previous two (Jeff and JR) are still Primaries and they still lack support from their parents while the new two investigators (Jelly and Leah) are potential since they shared to us their experience and they truly wanted to be baptized. We made goals to teach them based on their needs.

We had a great teamwork last week that everything we felt to be prompted by the Spirit was that we acted it out immediately. Sister Villaflores has a great gift of discernment and I saw her being more obedient and willing to hearken unto the guidance of the Holy Ghost. We made sure that we do not set aside a more spiritual companionship study though we always move it in the evening since we adjust our schedule to help our investigators based on their available time and to avoid as well heat stroke these past few days.

One of the members, Sister Charlene Cabello, helped us a lot in the work last week since most of our progressing investigators are young women and she's a leader in that organization. We had a missionary coordination meeting and we continued to follow up relating to home teaching among our recent converts to strengthen them. We're very blessed to have the support among the Saints here in our recent converts who are priesthood holders since they are now wearing polo with necktie provided by them. Every auxiliary here in our branch are making their best to magnify their callings.

Though trials always come for us and particularly among God's children, we were very grateful of the comfort and strength that had been provided for us all the way in this work. I always witnessed miracles even small ones that blessed the lives of others and I have learned a lot from these experiences. Missionary work is truly a humbling experience and I am excited to share my excitement for the coming General Conference for this week's work among God's children.

I'm excited for the upcoming General Conference.... Mindanao temple in CDO has been announced... Daebak!~!!!! Love yah all.. Saranghae!!!!!!! AishiteImasu...Tell everyone I love them...

Ang malungkot naming District kasi apat lang kami...haha
